I’m Jerri and I spent the earlier years of my career in the finance and insurance industries before pivoting into real estate. I saw a real opportunity to create powerful and lesser-known strategies for tough real estate and life situation.

How does this work?
As investors, we most often purchase homes when:
- 1. the home needs repairs and cannot easily be sold on the retail market
- 2. the homeowner wants to keep all of the profits and not pay realtor fees or commissions (or there isn’t enough equity to cover realtor costs)
- 3. there are time-sensitive concerns where a fast closing is needed (could be a foreclosure situation but other situations as well)
- 4. there isn’t a lot of equity in the property and other buyers are not interested in purchasing
What’s in it for us?
After we purchase a home, we complete repairs and then re-sell or rent the home, creating a profit for our efforts.
Why wouldn’t the homeowner follow this process themselves?
There are a number of reasons, the two most common are that they don’t have the luxury of time or the resources to complete needed repairs, code violations, etc.
Sometimes, they simply don’t want the headache and are more than happy selling the property for a fair value and walking away with a check in their pocket minus the hassle.
We process all our closings via attorneys and title companies, so all of the legal paperwork is in order.
